Founded By Ray Cepeda And Lori Sernio Who Have A Combined Experience Of Over 40 Years Of Working With Children With Autism And Related Developmental Differences. 121 Learning Works Is More Than A Traditional Agency. We Offer A Range Of Applied Behavior Analysis Services For Children With Autism And Related Developmental Differences. We Also Provide Behavioral Consultation To Parents, Schools, And School Districts For Typically Developing Children That Exhibit Challenging Behaviors And/Or Require Social Skills Teaching. We Believe That All The Children That We Work With Are Not Only Taught How To Be Effective Members Of Their Home, School, And Community But They Can Also Learn To Develop Appropriate Relationships With Their Peers.
